Wybrane funkcjonalności

Optimization of the intake and removal processes

The system enables registration of waste intake/dispatch, transfers between waste storage points (MPD), product generation/dispatch, and goods reception with native data validation. Designed for flexibility, these core operations offer a broader dataset than mandatory BDO requirements. The system supports adding operations via QR code scanning, dedicated templates, or RFID card readers.

Waste Processing Optimization

The system features a built-in process map that prevents errors during the registration of waste processing operations. Furthermore, the system enables complete automation of the waste treatment process within a facility. If processing operations are defined as end-of-waste status events, the system facilitates registration in record-keeping cards by linking product generation records with waste processing operations.

Automatic Status Updates for Cards

In depending on the system configuration, the statuses of waste transfer cards, in addition to manual mode on request, can also be updated in a fully automatic manner. There is additionally the possibility of automatic confirmation of takeover for cards corrected after their previous rejection by the Facility, provided that the correction is consistent with the acceptance data in the system.

Automatic Waste Recording

Waste record cards are created fully automatically, based on operations added in the system, and are also exported to BDO completely automatically. The system provides the ability to preview data in the Waste Record Cards created within the system, as well as a validator for compliance with data in BDO.

Limit Control

The system allows for mapping limits on waste generation and processing in accordance with the Facility's decisions and arising from internal process needs. The limits available in the system can be blocking or informational and are available for individual waste codes or comprehensively for the entire Facility. During the acceptance of waste into the facility for processing, or at the output of facilities as generated waste (own or from processing), the system validates the availability of the limit and appropriately signals the utilization status of a given limit, and in the case of a blocking limit, will prevent the execution of an unauthorized operation.

IoT Integration

The system provides a tool for external contractors to pre-notify waste collection transports, along with a schedule and calendar individually tailored to the needs of each user. The external tool made available to contractors meets all security requirements and does not provide access to the Facility's internal data.

Additionally, the system is integrated with a kiosk, which enables semi-automatic waste acceptance based on QR code scanning on the Waste Transfer Card or on the pre-notification form for waste collection. The system also enables integration with devices such as scales, weighing indicators, barriers, and traffic lights.

Contracts, Price Lists

The system enables the creation of price lists for accepted waste codes, both general ones with the possibility of differentiating prices depending on facilities and waste management methods, as well as individualized ones for specific contractors. Individual price lists are defined in contractor agreement records, which in addition to prices also allow for specifying various types of limits on waste accepted from a given contractor, as well as the municipal area from which the waste is delivered.

The system also provides the ability to define prices for exported raw materials with an unlimited range of distinctions within a single waste catalogue code, according to the Facility's business needs.

Reporting

The system features a multi-level reporting system, ranging from summaries generated in Excel for individual views to a report generator and visual reports. The reporting capabilities of the system have been extended beyond standard criteria and are tailored to the individual needs of the client through the use of additional parameters for operations such as waste acceptance or waste collection. Built-in reports, covering the majority of common reporting needs of the Waste Management Facility, are generated on demand based on predefined forms. The system also provides mechanisms enabling the creation of custom forms and the use of a scheduled dispatch of these reports to any email addresses at defined intervals.
