Waste Collection Process Optimization

The system offers a range of improvements in waste collection registration, aimed at optimizing processes on the Client's side. The system continuously integrates with BDO, making the creation of waste transfer documents and their update to the desired status simple and user-friendly. The system facilitates the creation of multiple documents for a single transport, and where possible, automates data entry — eliminating the risk of errors and actions inconsistent with administrative decisions. Furthermore, the system provides tools for managing the database of collections and related documents, making operational control simpler and more accessible for staff.

Automatic Waste Records Management

Waste record cards are created fully automatically, based on operations added in the system, and exported to BDO also completely automatically in accordance with the system configuration. The system provides a preview of data in waste record cards created within the system, as well as a compliance validator for cross-checking data with BDO.

Automatic Waste Transfer Card Status Updates

In accordance with the system configuration, waste transfer card statuses — in addition to manual on-demand updates — are also updated automatically. The system also features a function for manual, simultaneous update of all card statuses existing in the system for a given year. Additionally, the system provides functionalities that allow any card correction (e.g. in the case of mass estimation) to be completed within a matter of seconds.

Waste Generation Process Automation

The system ensures a dual-track waste generation registration — in addition to the standard manual path, automatic waste generation is possible upon approval of a collection operation. The system additionally monitors inventory levels at facilities and prevents duplication of operations. Waste generation registration is linked not only to the update of inventory levels at facilities, but also to the automatic, real-time update of entries in waste record cards.

Limit Control

The system allows for mapping waste generation limits in accordance with administrative decisions or internal process requirements. Limits available in the system can be either blocking or informational, broken down by individual waste codes or set as global limits. During operation registration within a facility, the system validates limit availability and appropriately signals the utilization status of a given limit — and in the case of a blocking limit, will prevent the operation from being executed.

Compliance with the Facility’s Administrative Decisions

The use of the system requires prior configuration, within which there is the possibility of mapping internal processes. Using a correctly configured system guarantees safe operation without the risk of incurring penalties for violations of held administrative decisions.

Remote Work

Thanks to the applied technologies and architecture, the system does not require the installation of any components on users' workstations. Through Web Responsive Design, work is possible from virtually any device with Internet access (in accordance with adopted security policies). This is particularly important for mobile users or in cases where operation registration is required within services or linear facilities (e.g. road construction sites).

Analytics

All system views feature the ability to generate reports in Excel format. Additionally, the system includes a function for automatically generating tables for the purposes of the annual waste generator report, based on data contained in waste record cards within the system. The tables can be exported to BDO, as the system automatically validates and creates reports for the required voivodeships. The system is prepared for integration with external analytical systems of the BI class.
