Regarding cookies from third parties, i.e., outside the Envira-Eko domain, we use cookies from Google and Facebook. These are related to the use of Google fonts, the reCAPTCHA mechanism visible in the contact form, Google Analytics, and Facebook advertising tools. Information from these cookies does not allow us to identify you and does not constitute personal data. Access to them is in accordance with the privacy policies of Google and Facebook.

SERVER LOGS

Using the Envira-Eko website involves sending queries to the server on which this site is hosted. Each such query is recorded in server logs, which contain, among other things, your IP address, date and time of access, information about the web browser used, and the operating system. These logs are stored on the server. Data collected in the logs is not associated with specific individuals using the site and is not used to identify you. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

The Envira-Eko site uses the Google Analytics tool provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The use of this tool enables our legitimate interest in creating statistics and analyzing them to optimize our websites.

To use Google Analytics, we have implemented a special Google Analytics tracking code in our site’s code. The tracking code uses cookies from Google LLC for the Google Analytics service.

Google Analytics automatically collects information about your use of the Envira-Eko site. The collected information is most often transmitted to Google servers, which may be located worldwide.

Your IP address is shortened before being transmitted further. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to Google servers and shortened there. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is generally not combined with other Google data. As part of Google Analytics, we do not collect any data that would allow your identification.

Google Analytics collects in particular the following data:

We carry out these activities on the basis of our legitimate interest, which is the promotion of our own products or services.

To display personalized ads tailored to your behavior on our site, we use the Facebook pixel, which automatically collects information about your use of the website. Based on your activity on the site, you may be assigned to a specific audience group, but we do not identify individual persons within these groups. FACEBOOK CONNECT

On the Envira-Eko website, we use plugins, buttons, and other social tools, called “plugins,” provided by Facebook. When you view our site containing such a plugin, your browser sends information about the visit to Facebook. Because the plugin is a Facebook element integrated with our site, the browser also sends a request to retrieve Facebook content from our website. These plugins collect data about you, such as: user ID, page visited, date and time of visit, and other information related to the web browser. Facebook uses portions of this data to personalize the way content is displayed on the page.

Data collected by plugins may also be used by Facebook for its own purposes, such as improving services, creating user profiles, analyzing activity, or targeting ads. We have no control over how Facebook uses the collected information.

You can prevent plugins from loading by using appropriate browser extensions. For detailed information on data processing by Facebook, the purposes of collection, the scope and manner of data use, as well as contact options, privacy settings, and data protection, see Facebook’s privacy policies.

Facebook plugins may collect and transmit information to the service even when you are not logged into your account. If you want to prevent such a connection, you should log out of Facebook before visiting the Envira-Eko site.
